  • In general, how long will my order take to produce?

    Production lead time required from your confirmation of order to deliver is listed below.

  • How can I obtain the digital proof?

    We will provide the digital proof for free once the artworks are ready.

  • Can I get a production sample?

    If the order quantity is above 20pcs, you can request a production sample. HK$300 deposit will be charged for stock products while HK$500 deposit will be charged for custom-cut products. If no change on the production sample, the deposit will be refund.

  • Can I send in my shirt to be printed?

    Unfortunately, we are only able to print on products purchased through our website.

  • What format should I prepare my artworks?

    Various image file formats are supported while AI is the ideal format. Bipmap must have a resolution over 300 dpi. Click to know more.

  • What are the artwork requirements?

    Different print methods have different limitations. Click to know more.

  • Is hand-drawing accepted?

    Hand-drawings with bold lines are accepted. However, you may have to pay HK$200 for deposit if the artwork is too complicated.

  • Can I add different names and numbers?

    Yes. Extra HK$15 or HK$25 will be charged for names and numbers within A4 and A3 sizes respectively. Click to know more.

  • Can I have my artwork printed on anywhere of the clothing?

    There is restriction on print area becuase different print methods have different limitations. Click to know more.

  • Where is your office?

    Our office locates in Diamond Hill, Kowloon. You may visit our office and check out actual samples in our showroom there. Click to view the address.

  • What is your office hours?

    - Mon-Fri: 09:30 – 19:00 (Lunch Break 13:00-14:00)
    - Sat: 09:30 – 13:30
    - Sun and Public Holiday: Closed

  • Can I contact you in Macau?

  • When should I pay?

    You can settle the payment once you have confirmed the artworks and size. Full payment must be made for orders below HK$6,000.

  • How can I pay?

    you can pay by Bank Transfer, Credit Card Online, Cheque and Pay Cash at our Office. Click to know more.

  • Is the price include the delviery cost?

    Yes, your products will be delivered to you by S.F. Express or picked-up at S.F. express stores. Click to know more.

  • Can I choose door-to-door delivery?

    A free delivery to Hong Kong, Macao and China are included. The additional charge to remote area are canceled sine 2/9/2019 but extra 2 days for delivery remains. Click to know more.

  • Can I return the products?

    Due to the products are custom, we do not accept product return except quality matters.

  • What if I found quality matters after delivery?

    If quality matters are found, please take photos to recrod and inform us.

  • What if I found the size are insuitable after delivery?

    ue to the products are custom, we do not exchange due to size product. However, if there is more than 3cm deviation comparing to the size chart, we will exchange it for free.
